1. Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum order value required.

2. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

3. Delivery Times As we work with international suppliers, delivery times are typically 7–20 business days depending on your location and customs processing. We appreciate your patience.

4. Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.

5. Customs & Import Duties For orders within Belgium and the EU, no additional customs fees apply. For orders outside the EU, local customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within 30 days, please contact us at luckyslots@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

7. Return Shipping While we offer free shipping on all outgoing orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.
